An extension is worthwhile when important processes can only be cumbersome in the standard or when additional functions concretely save time in daily operations. Common reasons include mobile use in warehousing or maintenance, missing overviews for control, and approval processes that currently run via email.

What is the Difference Between an Extension and Custom Development?
