Your role at SRB
As a Senior SAP Consultant in Customer Service, you are both an advisor and a sparring partner for our clients. You align technical solutions with business requirements, take responsibility for your area of expertise, and share your knowledge with junior colleagues.

What to expect from us
- SAP Consulting & Implementation
You advise our clients and implement SAP solutions in Customer Service, for example with the modules CS, S/4-Service or FSM.
- Process Analysis & Optimisation
You analyse complex business processes, identify optimisation potentials, and develop tailored SAP solutions with real added value.
- Subproject Responsibility
You are responsible for your area of expertise from requirements analysis to go-live and work closely with the project team and clients.
- Mentoring & Teamwork
You support junior consultants, share your know-how, and actively drive team development.
